A minimum of 50% advance deposit is required one week prior to arrival to confirm the reservation. Hotel Ratnagiri accepts demand deposit drafts in the name of Hotel Ratnagiri, Mirik. Advance deposits are not refundable.

Checkout time is 12:00 noon.

Heaters are available for rental in the winter season.
